After 30 years of building apparel brands — and scaling one into a multimillion-dollar company — I stepped away from the pace of the fashion industry.
I had spent years designing clothes that people loved and lived in. But somewhere along the way, the demands of volume, timelines, and constant growth began to overshadow what first brought me to this work: the pleasure of creating something beautiful, useful, and well made.
I started Revival because I missed designing. I missed working closely with fabrics, color, print, and craft. And I missed the connection that comes from making something in small quantities and knowing it will become part of someone’s everyday life.
Revival by Kate is my return to that.
The collection brings together limited-edition clothing and accessories made in small batches. Some pieces are created from reclaimed organic fabrics from past collections; others explore traditional textiles and techniques, including hand block-printed and quilted cotton.
I work with skilled makers and choose each piece for its craftsmanship, quality, and beauty. Rather than chasing seasons or producing at scale, I want Revival to remain considered and personal — a place for pieces that feel special, but are meant to be worn.
After many years in fashion, this feels like a return to where I began: creating from instinct, experience, and the freedom to keep things small.

Whenever possible, we give existing materials new life, including reclaimed organic fabrics from past collections. We also work with natural fibers, traditional textiles, and small-batch production to make thoughtfully and avoid excess.
